Getting a photo under 10 KB without making it blurry
At 10 KB a full photo usually needs to be small (around 200 px wide). The tool shrinks it automatically if quality alone is not enough.
The tool works in two steps. First it searches for the highest JPEG quality that fits under 10 KB. Only if that is not enough does it reduce the pixel size, a little at a time. You see the final size in KB and bytes before you download.
